From the first appointment when Tim listened to what we were looking for and gave us several great design ideas, it has been a great experience. Tim was an excellent pool designer, very patient and knowledgeable. Throughout the whole process , Tim, Jeremy and the construction team did a fantastic job . Jeremy kept us informed every step of the way and would text us pictures of the progress when we couldn't be home to watch work taking place. It was such a nice touch and we really appreciated the frequent communication. The customer service Rivermist provides is second to none and we really felt they cared about doing a good job- which they did! They also didn't waste any time as the whole process took about 6 weeks. They were very efficient and organized, yet we never felt they were rushing. We also really appreciated them getting our fence put back quickly since we have dogs. Again, thoughtful and customer oriented. The end result was the perfect pool for us and a very positive experience. We highly recommend Rivermist Pools to anyone who is looking for a quality, honest, custom pool company.
